Reserve Gruyère Kaltbach is a beautifully matured Swiss hard cheese made from pasteurised cow’s milk and aged for a minimum of 12 to 14 months in the natural sandstone caves of Kaltbach, Switzerland. This unique cave ageing process helps develop a deeper, more rounded flavour and gives the cheese its distinctive richness and refinement.

Firm yet smooth in texture, Reserve Gruyère Kaltbach offers a wonderfully balanced profile with savoury depth and a long, satisfying finish.
