Terms & Conditions 

The minimum Gift Voucher value is £10.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any unused balance will expire after this period and will not be refunded or credited.

Gift Vouchers must be redeemed in one single transaction. No change will be given for any remaining balance.

Gift Vouchers may be redeemed against all products available at Riddle & Rind, subject to availability.

Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, exchanged for another voucher, or used after their expiry date. They are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards, or securities.

If the total purchase value exceeds the Gift Voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid using cash, debit card, or credit card.

If any products purchased using a Gift Voucher are returned in line with our returns policy, the value will be issued as a credit note to be used against future purchases. No cash refunds will be given.

Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed.

Riddle & Rind reserves the right to cancel a Gift Voucher where necessary. In such cases, a replacement voucher of equivalent value may be issued unless fraud or misuse is suspected. All Gift Vouchers remain the property of Riddle & Rind.

Riddle & Rind reserves the right to amend or replace these terms and conditions at any time.
